Change name or email

If you need to update the name and/or email address on your subscription account, you can do this in your settings page.

Subscriber Slack group

Our subscribers are continuing the conversation everyday in The Stray Reflections Forum, our subscribers-only Slack group. If you’re a current subscriber email hello@stray-reflections.com and we’ll send you the invite!


Receipts

Receipts can be accessed by logging in and going to the account payment history page or clicking here.


Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, there are no refunds for cancellation. If you cancel before the end of your billing cycle you will have access to your account for the remainder of the billing cycle.


Cancel subscription

To cancel your account, log in and go to your settings page. Under the “Account” section on the right, you should see linked text that says Subscription & Billing Info. Click on this linked text and you'll be taken to a new screen. Towards the bottom of the Update Payment Info text, you’ll see text that says, “If you no longer wish to subscribe to Stray Reflections you can cancel your account.” Click on “cancel your account,” follow the prompts and you’ll receive an email confirmation when this has been done successfully.


Auto-renewal

All of our subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. This is not something that can be turned off. Please see our terms of service and payment policy for more information. If you cancel early, you will have site access for the remainder of the period (month or year) paid for. If you’re unsure of when your subscription is set to renew, please email support@stray-reflections.com.
